3. Information Required from Clients

For OEM:

• Vector logo file (AI / PDF)
• Product model & customization requirements
• Packaging design file (neutral packaging provided; custom packaging must be submitted in vector format)
• Estimated order quantity and target pricing
• Shipping destination

For ODM:

• Product application & market positioning (e.g. kitchen, lab, industrial)
• Required features or communication protocols (e.g. RS232 / Bluetooth)
• Development budget and target unit cost
• Desired style or branding direction (e.g. minimalist, industrial, premium)
